This poster for MTV switch is an advertisement for MTV switch that tries to show us that what we do to nature is bad. This poster includes the slogan of MTV switch which is “Time’s up”. This poster can be used on a billboard or a magazine. In this poster all the principles of design are applied such as proximity and contrast. There is a really good contrast from dark to light; even though the dark should have been on the left because we read from left to right, I put it from right to left because I wanted to attract the eye towards the logo and the dark part is more attracting than the light part. Other design technique that I have used is alignment; I put the “Time’s up” slogan so it will be aligned to tree’s horizon. The girl’s sad face is in a really good point in the poster so you can’t miss it. The girl’s face shows the sadness that she sees in nature. In case you would like to use this poster in a billboard you will just need to get rid of the text and then it will be a really good as an advertisement. The tree which is all alone is a good representation for nature.

What the Boss Wants!
The Priniciples of The MTV Switch said that they want the second approach with the face of the first one. They want the second color scheme which is blue green and yellow and the face of the first which is dark and sad.

Fonts for MTV switch
On Mtv switch you need two types of fonts, one type will be more outgoing and not strict and that will fit the logo and other graphic ideas; the other type that will be used is a strict font "sans serif", and this font will probably be used in the formal letters and other kinds of formal writing.
